HALESTORM: HYDE MANOR

Role: Design Direction, cover and interior design, slipcase design, and playing-card packaging design

Project Responsibilities:

• Cover and Slipcase Design: I designed the deluxe edition slipcase and cover, as well as the standard edition cover for Hyde Manor.

• Interior Design: I designed the book’s interior, including the title page, gallery spread, indicia, and endpapers.

• Playing Card Imagery: I sourced contemporary playing cards and altered them with custom distressing, textures, and aging effects to create the worn card imagery used throughout the book. The cards appear on the title page, indicia, gallery spread, and endpapers, reinforcing the eerie, timeworn atmosphere of Hyde Manor.

• Playing Card Packaging: I designed the packaging and card back for the custom Hyde Manor deck included with the deluxe edition, carrying the book’s visual identity into the physical card set.
